Before signing any binding agreement, we will provide you with a detailed, customized business plan calculated specifically for your location. The initial investment will include the design and equipment of the park, your initial licensing fee, and training fees.
What are the monthly licensing fees?
Our franchise fees are as follows: Monthly licensing fee: 6% of the net monthly sales Central marketing fee: 2-4% of the net monthly sales
How long is the license agreement valid?
10 years, with the option to renew for another 10 years.
Does HappyTownia offer financing?
No, we do not provide financing. However, we can help you prepare and calculate business plans and proposals while you apply for financing from a local bank or financial institution.
How quickly can I expect my HappyTownia franchise store to open after approval?
The opening of each new store varies depending on the location, equipment requirements, and your business skills. The timeframe typically takes around 4 to 6 months (usually 1 to 2 months for site search and lease negotiations, and 2 to 4 months for redesign and outfitting).
I have little experience negotiating lease agreements; will HappyTownia offer help in this area?
Yes, we will assist you with know-how and support in negotiating lease terms.
Will I receive advice when purchasing material and equipment?
Yes. HappyTownia has a preferred supplier program for equipment, and we will also advise you on which types and models of equipment you should buy so that you can get them locally at the best price with a local warranty. We don’t want to make money by selling overpriced equipment like most franchises do.
